Irwin Place underwent a remarkable redevelopment in collaboration with JW Rihoy & Son and Drawing Room. The upper floor and roof was demolished whilst retaining the lower floor structure and there was a complete re-fit of both internal and external spaces.
We were tasked with the application of an exterior non-crack render, to enhance both the aesthetics and durability of this coastal home.
Due to being located on a cliff, heavy vehicle access was restricted but we worked as a team to overcome the challenges. Irwin Place is now a property of modern functionality and timeless elegance, offering its occupants not just a home but a sanctuary of enduring beauty and quality.
