In collaboration with JW Rihoy & Son and Tyrrell Dowinton Associates, we brought Roost (Coq du Nord) to life—a new build development comprising of twelve 3 and 4 bedroom houses situated on Braye Road in the Vale.
The existing Coq du Nord site, formerly an old hotel, underwent transformation to make way for this modern development, designed to meet the needs of contemporary families.
Our responsibilities encompassed internal drylining, plastering, and decoration, along with the implementation of external wall insulation featuring ashlar detailing. We aimed to infuse each home with warmth, character, and aesthetic appeal, all while prioritising durability and energy efficiency.
Roost now boasts a collection of stylish homes, each crafted to offer high-specification interiors with open-plan living, garages, and parking.
