Contracted by JW Rihoy & Son for Whitbread and designed by Axiom Architects, we worked on this project – an 100 room hotel with an in-house Thyme restaurant – which marked a milestone in the island’s hospitality landscape.
Our team applied external wall insulation and executed interior plastering and decoration work. Situated as part of the Admiral Park Phase One project, the Premier Inn offers a modern look which fits in well with the other surrounding new builds.
Despite facing two lockdowns amid the global pandemic, our team collaborated to ensure the timely completion of this project.
