Working alongside JW Rihoy & Son and DRP Architecture we undertook the interior plaster and decoration work for One St Julians—a prestigious new build development comprising 29 luxury local market apartments and 3 open market penthouses.
Traditional materials such as render, granite, and brickwork were selected to blend with the surrounding environment.
The apartments offer spacious living spaces that are light, airy, and modern. The upper floor apartments have stunning views over Guernsey’s East coast and beyond, while those at the rear overlook Candie Gardens.
One St Julians, previously a brewery building, has been designed to the highest standards with a contemporary design and breathtaking views in the heart of St Peter Port.
