Working alongside JW Rihoy & Son, we undertook internal plaster and decoration work for the refurbishment of L’Etoile Du Martin—a stunning home designed by PF+A Architecture. Set on Guernsey’s west coast, the property boasts panoramic views of Vazon Bay.
This home offers spacious reception areas and three bedroom suites, complemented by an easy-to-maintain garden, decked terrace, and patio.
The project involved an extension and alterations, where an existing self-contained extension was demolished to create an open-plan kitchen and dining area. First-floor terraces were added, offering views from both the front and rear of the property. The master bedroom was revamped with the addition of an ensuite bathroom, while the ground floor living spaces were refurbished with premium finishes throughout.
Every detail of this home was executed to perfection, creating a sanctuary within stunning natural surroundings.
