We collaborated with JW Rihoy & Son to contribute our expertise in applying exterior non-crack render, plastering, and decoration to Le Grand Courtil—a new build development of 90 unit extra care houses. Commissioned by the Guernsey Housing Association and designed by Create Limited, this project revitalised the former Longue Rue residential home site into a vibrant community promoting independent living.
Le Grand Courtil offers residents a nurturing and modern environment with 24/7 onsite care. There’s also a restaurant, hairdresser, and therapy rooms. This £25 million development not only provides attractive accommodation but also fosters a sense of community and support.
Our contribution ensured that the exterior aesthetics and interior spaces were of the highest standard, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all residents.
