Teaming up with JW Rihoy & Son, we undertook the application of an exterior non-crack render and internal plaster and decoration work for Icart de Bas—a breathtaking new home designed by PF+A Architecture. In a prominent location overlooking Saints Bay, Icart de Bas captures the essence of coastal living while offering unparalleled luxury and functionality.
Icart de Bas was designed to honour its rich family heritage while embracing modern energy-efficient and environmentally friendly principles. The home, which can host up to 100 guests for renowned parties, required a design that seamlessly blended with the coastal landscape while maximising views and sustainability.
