Working with Infinity Construction we were tasked with the internal plaster and decoration work, along with an exterior non-crack render application for High Banks—a stunning new home designed by DRP Architecture. The client’s purchased the property because they loved for the location and the views. However, the tired bungalow on the site failed to capitalise on the breathtaking scenery.
They wanted an energy-efficient, low-maintenance house that maximises the site’s potential while utilising the existing structure as much as possible. The final solution incorporates a single-storey sunroom and new first-floor accommodation within a new roof structure.
High Banks was designed to accommodate the changing needs of its owners, with level access throughout the ground floor and provisions for future accessibility. It is now a modern home that prioritises comfort, efficiency, and adaptability for years to come.
