We undertook the task of external wall insulation, internal plastering, and decoration for the redevelopment of Fort le Crocq—a historic property undertaken by JW Rihoy & Son. Situated at Richmond on Guernsey’s west coast, Fort le Crocq represents a stunning fusion of heritage charm and modern luxury.
Boasting unrivalled views overlooking Vazon and Perelle, the design capitalises on its unique position with extensive glazing and panoramic viewing points from the first-floor terrace that wraps around the upper part of the property. The original building has been extended on three sides to accommodate three generously sized bedrooms, ample living space, and a large garage tailored to house the client’s vintage car collection.
The existing garage was transformed into a multifunctional space, housing a plant room, outdoor bathroom, and office, adding versatility to the property’s layout.
This redevelopment marries historic elegance with contemporary living.
