We joined forces with Infinity Construction and DLM Architects to contribute our expertise to Daylesford, a contemporary new build property. Tasked with applying exterior non-crack render, as well as handling dry lining and interior decoration, we played a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life.
Located on Guernsey’s picturesque south coast, Daylesford was constructed from insulated concrete formwork due to being on an exposed cliff-front. The home boasts unparalleled thermal efficiency and durability, minimising running costs for its occupants.
Externally, a blend of zinc, cedar, and render cladding ensures the property weathers sympathetically into its surroundings, mirroring the natural beauty of the landscape.
Internally, natural pigment plasters, oak joinery, and steel accents create a harmonious blend of contemporary design and cosy comfort.
