Working with JW Rihoy & Son, we applied the external wall insulation to Clos Barbier—a new build development comprising 24 apartments designed by DRP Architecture for the Guernsey Housing Association. Situated in a prime location, Clos Barbier offers community-focused social housing.
Each apartment has its own amenity space, with first-floor units benefiting from individual roof gardens, providing residents with private outdoor areas to enjoy. Designed to meet Lifetime Homes requirements, Clos Barbier exceeds current Building Regulations, ensuring the highest standards of comfort and accessibility for its occupants.
